Food waste is a massive global issue. At Fair Food, the team rescues an average of 50.7 tonnes of food every month - food that would otherwise end up in landfill. It’s a problem we’re all familiar with. Whether it’s bananas frozen for a banana bread we’ll never bake, or half-empty packets of pasta forgotten at the back of the cupboard, we all contribute in small, often unnoticed ways.

So how do we get people to truly grasp the scale of the issue?

These powerful visual displays bring the rescued food directly to the public in a compelling way. Each poster is physically filled with real food packaging - carefully collected and weighed - to create a larger-than-life representation of the impact Fair Food makes every month. It’s not just a poster. It’s a wake-up call. A tangible reminder of the volume of food saved - and what’s still at stake.
